Note on verso: A group of Peace Corps volunteers prepares to board a Trans Caribbean Airways jet for a flight to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Part of a contingent of 54 new Peace Corpsmen to train at Camp Radley, near Arecibo, P.R., this group will specialize in community development programs overseas. These youngsters also will participate tomorrow, July 17, in dedication ceremonies for two new Peace Corps training camps Camp Radley, where they will train for 26 days, and Camp Crozier. Both camps will be named for Peace Corps volunteers who were killed earlier in the year on a training mission in South America.
