Following a talk to members of the National Press Club today, Alexander Kerensky, Head of the Russian Provisional Government of 1917, is shown a passport issued and signed by him to D. Heywood Hardy (left), Washington attorney who served with the Red Cross in Russia during World War days. After expelling Kerensky from Russia, Lenin put his signature under that of Kerensky on the passport, 4/21/38
