Includes group portraits of the 'Suffrage Campaign of 1896' (Mmes. Spring, Severance, Anthony, and Wills). Washington subjects include suffrage mementoes in the Smithsonian Institution; a suffrage group from Illinois lobbying at the Capitol; House Speaker Gillette signing suffrage bill with a group of suffrage leaders; and Judge Florence E. Allen and Miss Bertha marching in the pilgrimage from New York to Washington (winter of 1913).
