Title: Smallest member A.E.F. pickets Capitol. Washington, D.C., May 26. The world's smallest 'doughboy', Nicholas Casele, of Newark, N.J., began to picket the U.S. Capitol today and announced he would continue until congress grants him a medal as compensation for his allged illegal draft into the army. Casele served more than a year overseas, fighting in seven major battles. He contends the draft law provided for a minimum height 5 feet 3 inches and 110 pounds of weight while scaled only 4 feet 10 inches and weighed only 104 pounds, 5/26/37
