Green (far left) and George Davis; principal mason, Dennis O'Leary; the rigger, James Hogan; and at far right, holding a rope, cement mixer, Lewis O'Brien, an African American. The top of the page has head-and-shoulders portraits of Gen. Gershom Mott, Col. Thomas L. Casey, and Reuben R. Springer.
