Senator Warren R. Austin,Senate Filibuster,Washington,DC,District of Columbia

Title: If we have to make speeches until morning!' Austin on Senate filibuster. Washington, D.C., July 1. The Senate met at noon yesterday and kept going until 1:53 the next morning. Some opinion held that the power could again be granted, even after that time, so Senator Warren R. Austin told reporters that he had a list of 10 Senators who would speak if it held the Senate in session until dawn. The monetary authorization was, as was promised, 'talked to death'
