Summary: Print shows a man representing Great Britain, half-asleep, holding a staff topped with a liberty cap which a Native, representing America, is attempting to remove; a Dutchman on his knees before Great Britain is attempting to pick Great Britain's purse; a Scotsman with his left arm over the shoulders of Great Britain and holding the staff with his left hand, fends off a Frenchman approaching from the left.
