Across the narrow street of the marketplace sits Otto von Bismarck selling maps, and in the background are Nicholas II, holding a piece of paper that states 'Let us have Truce', and John Bull shaking hands in front of their trade houses; a sign on the English shop states 'Reciprocity in Trade'. There is a small dog, wearing a fez, standing in the middle of the street.
