Another Grand Mass Meeting To-Morrow Night, Com. of Fifty'; on the floor around him are claws labeled 'Confirming Power' and teeth that have been extracted by a tool labeled 'Public Sentiment'. Theodore Roosevelt and Grover Cleveland are standing arm-in-arm in the background, with Roosevelt holding large scissors labeled 'Roosevelt Bill', which he has used to clip the claws of the Tammany Tiger. Among the books on a bookshelf are two titles 'Tammany Tracts [by] Kelly' and 'What are you going to do about it? [by] Tweed'.
