Title: 50 years at the Capitol. Washington, D.C. June 18. For over fifty years 'Old Harry' Parker, colored, has been guarding the doors of the House Ways and Means Committee sanctum on Capitol Hill. His other duties include the preparing of the note pads and checking the ice-water coolers. Harry says he's 'done forgot' his age. 6/18/37
