Bigge, of Providence, Rhode Island, today taking the oath of office as a member of the Social Security Board to succeed the former Chairman John J. Winant. A former professor of economics at Brown University, Bigge was also the first Chairman of the Unemployment Commission of Rhode Island. In the photogrpah, left to right: Vincent M.
