Summary: Cartoon shows William Pitt escorting Eleanor Eden to a vine-shaded bower within which are three large sacks with the British pound symbol on them, possibly representing Pitt's debt. Bunches of grapes, crowns, and medallions, suspended from ribbons, hang from the bower. A devil-like creature, 'the Evil-One', representing Charles James Fox, peers around the bower from the right.
