Mrs William Corcoran Eustis, daughter of former Vice Pres Levi P. Morton, Mrs William Howard Taft, Mrs Nicholas Longworth, Miss May Pershing and Mrs Mary Pershing Butler, sisters of General Pershing, Mrs Franklin K. Lane and many other prominent women have petitioned Congress for a National Charter. Photo shows Miss Mock in the Colonial blue denim uniform of the Legion photographed as she left the Capitol.
