Summary: Print shows a ragged family driven to poverty probably through the policies and actions of the Earl of Bute, George Germain, and Lord North, with some able assistence by former Massachusetts governor Francis Bernard (the apparent creators of the print, as well as the situation), though the family blames George Washington and the Americans for the economic problems in England.
