Caption from caption list: Miss Byrd Mock in the Uniform of the Womens American Legion of which she is the founder. The Uniform is inexpensive, being of blue denim. The skirt when unbuttoned forms a cape and as shown in the picture the uniform becomes a very pretty riding habit.
