Summary: Print shows, on the left, Lord North carrying a large sack labeled 'Budget' over his shoulder, tethered to the sack by chain is a lion from which America (represented by a Native man wearing feathered headdress and skirt, holding in his right hand a staff topped with a liberty cap and in his left hand a tomahawk) has cut off a paw, to the right, behind the lion, are standing a Frenchman and a Spaniard, approaching from the far right are three men, members of 'Associations' who demand an accounting of expenditures from Lord North.
