Summary: State Supreme Court Justice Warren B. Hooker, tried for graft and acquitted by the New York State legislature in July, 1905, is seated in a huge chair representing the New York State Supreme Court. A claw hook hangs over his head from a pulley, that can be activated when two oxen to the left of his chair, pull the rope. The chair is surrounded by groups of legislators and businessmen who discuss the proceedings. Four legislators are reading large volumes of records. Some businessmen discuss how they can profit from the event.
