Summary: Print shows a man, possibly Russian General Aleksei Nikolaevich Kuropatkin, wearing suit and skis, holding a bell and a sheaf of papers, a white bandana around his head with two tattered flags (the flag of Russia and the the Ensign of the Russian Navy) stuck on the top; he is crying out the news from the war front as he passes a well-dressed Russian couple.
