Caption continues: Mrs. Imbrie, widow of Major R.W. Imbrie who was killed by a fanatical mob in Teteran [sic], Persia, where he was the American Vice Consul, [was] photographed today at the Capitol where she appeared before the House of Representatives Foreign Relations Committee to ask for an additional sum for the death of her husband. Mrs. Imbrie has already received $60,000 but asks for $110,000, the amount give[n] the U.S. by the Persian Government.
