Lewis, younger brother of John L., C.I.O. organizer and president of the United Mine Workers and he is now playing a prominent part in organizing Uncle Sam's government workers. The new union is to be know as the United Federal Workers of America, and naturally, will be under the C.I.O. banner. Jacob Baker, until recently assistant administrator of the Works Progress Administration, is president of the new union, 6/26/37
