Title: Schofield appointed to Immigration & Naturalization Service. Washington, D.C., June 14. Attorney General Robert Jackson assumed control of the Immigration and Naturalization Service today. One of his first acts as head of the service will be issuance of an order requiring the fingerprinting of all aliens prior to their entry into this country to bar those found to be undesirable.
