Title: Washington, D.C., June 10, The House of Representatives late yesterday voted 214 to 122 to seat Alphonse Roy (above) Democrat, as a representative of the first district of New Hampshire. At the same time Rep. Arthur B. Jenks, Republican, who has represented the District for the last year and a half, was unseated. Rep. Roy received today a check of $14,000 for back pay and mileage expenses, 6/10/38
