Caption: The appointment of Henry Roe Cloud, a full blooded Winnebago Indian, as Field Representative of the Indian Service of the Department of the Interior, is announced today at Washington. Mr. Cloud, who is a graduate of Yale, has been at the head of the American Indian Institute at Wichita, which he founded, for the past 16 years.
