Summary: Drawing is a modern copy of the frontispiece to Frobisher's Historia Navigationis, an account of his travels to the Davis Straits area of Greenland the 1570s, showing an Inuit hunting birds from a kayak while another man holds his kayak on the shore. An Inuit woman carries her infant on her back. To the left is a village scene with tents, Inuit families, and a dog harnassed to a kayak, pulling it along.
