Vladimir S. Hurban, Czechoslovak Minister who refused to surrender his legation after Germany took over his country, told members that Germans are insulting American Intelligence by disseminating 'insidious' statements in this country. Discussing his statues, he said he represents in this country 'the Czech-Slovak Republic as it was recognized by the United States and other principal countries even before the Treaty of Versailles.' 3-29-39
