John Horne Tooke], and L--s [Sir Watkins Lewis] riding a goat, labeled 'British Hospitality', leaping over a log labeled 'Banco Regis', and on the right, a woman labeled 'Annuity' carrying a man with a wooden leg, W--n [Brook Watson], on her shoulders, and on the far right, in the lead, is C--s [William Curtis], proclaiming 'Who would not run for a Contract - Biscuits for ever - Huzza.'
