Summary: Print shows head-and-shoulders portrait of [?] Franics [?], above quote, 'I have sworn to fre [sic] Ireland, and so help me God, I will.' Framed right and left with ivy on walls upon which are vignettes with dated scenes, topped with a railroad bridge across which a passenger train is passing, and at the bottom an allegorical scene showing a woman holding a thunderbolt while riding on the back of an eagle, with outer border of railroad tracks.
