Framed right and left with ivy on walls upon which are vignettes with dated scenes, topped with a railroad bridge across which a passenger train is passing, and at the bottom an allegorical scene showing a woman holding a thunderbolt while riding on the back of an eagle, with outer border of railroad tracks.
