Summary: A cartoon of a black man in tattered clothing conversing with a black woman surrounded by her family, as she hangs her laundry to dry in her front yard. Her husband sleeps in a chair next to the front door. A young black girl stands next to her mother, staring at the visitor, while another child sits on the ground and plays with puppies. There are several dogs in the yard.
