Capt. G.E. Textor, U.S. Army Engineer Corps, was named as Executive Assistant to Major B.M. Harlee, right, who will fill the post of Assistant WPA Administrator and Chief of WPA Engineers. This post was formerly held by Col. Harrington. Maj. Harlee was also an Army Engineer Officer, 12/29/38
