Summary: Photographs show training, recruiting and employment of women war workers. NYA and vocational high school instruction. In-service training for promising employees at Bell Aircraft Corp. Nan Hannegan, loaned from local plant to cooperate with WMC in making door to door canvass for workers. Mabel Goodwin, mother of 2 children, who worked in last war, fills out application, is accepted, given health exams, fingerprinted, photographed, and has insurance and transportation arranged.
