Title: 230. CCC Camp NP-21 was established at the Bluffs (Doughton Park) located on what is now the Doughton Park Maintenance Area. It opened September 1, 1938 and was abandoned July 17, 1942. Crews were assigned to the first landscape development on the parkway in the Cumberland Knob Area.
