Owned and originated by Frank K. Ellison. Executed by the celebrated artist Van Buskirk[?]. Loaned to the Liberty Loan Committee of N.Y. Used at the N.Y. Hippodrome and Pennsylvania Station where twenty seven million dollars worth of bonds were sold.
