Title: A certain sign of adjournment. Washington, D.C., July 21. Every four years the dome of the Capitol is painted with a special, heavy coat of paint, and this is the year for men to clamber up the steep walls of the dome armed with buckets and brushes. But, the time when the painting is done is determined by the adjournment of Congress, and here is a certain sign that 'it wont be long' Arthur E. Cook, supervising Engineer in the Architects' office, John Leary who will boss the painting, and Capitol Architect David Lynn are here discussing problems in the painting which will begin after Congress quits, 7/21/38
