Baumler of Trenton, N.J., a 24-year-old American aviator who served eight months with Loyalist Forces in Spain, today told the House Military Affairs Subcommittee that American trained fliers were superior to those of other nations engaged in the civil war. He was testifying in connection with an inquiry into the efficiency of the U.S. Army Air Corps by a group headed by Rep. Dow Harter, 3/10/38
