Inscribed below title on verso: In the rear were large wells some 20 ft in diameter. This is where Wilson crossed last June on his return from his raid. He destroyed the buildings some / 3 in number but only the Water Tanks having been rebuilt. Time 11 p.m.-Thursday 8th Dec. 64. The tanks would not burn till they were pulled to pieces & were not destroyed till the next morning. Jarrets Station / ARW.
