Title: To fight curtailment of aid for drought-stricken farmers. Washington, D.C., Dec. 30. At a joint Conference today 30 Senators and Representatives from drought stricken states decided to name a steering committee to Lay plans for a fight against any curtailment in general aid for drought-hit farmers. 15 members, one each from the states in the drought area, will compose the committee.
