Title: Extension of ICC power is urged by rail labor. Washington, D.C., Jan. 12. Railroad labor recommended today that regulatory power of the Interstate Commerce Commission be extended to domestic water and air transportation and that railroad freight and passenger rates be increased, contingent on earmarking of added revenue for equipment and labor expenditures.
