William Welles Bosworth additions for Vanderlip. Landscape: William Welles Bosworth on 125 acres, and Mabel Narcissa Cox (Mrs. Frank Arthur) Vanderlip. Today: Swimming pool extant and house is a condominium; part of the Scarborough Historic District on the registery of National Historic Places.
